Not only did you call to check the date for the inscription (which I had mistakenly typed wrongly - long day!!!), but when a mistake was made with the delivery you made sure the order was fixed and dispatched immediately. I couldn't have asked for more. It's rare to get that kind of service these days and that's what sets your company apart.

The jewellery box was gorgeous too, and was a big hit with the birthday girl :)
