METHODS OF ORDERING

PURCHASING GOODS SECURELY OVER THE INTERNET

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and then add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for further details that are required to complete your order.

Our shopping cart is very secure all card details are encrypted using 128 bit encryption, they are only decrypted once they reach our computer and are not held in clear text on any web site.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

Although we keep many items in stock and our website updated, in the event of being unable to process your order we will let you know by e-mail, giving you the option to cancel.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
UK DELIVERY

Delivery charges will vary depending on the weight and products orederd.

Some deliveries will require a signature to confirm delivery/receipt of the parcel.

We aim to despatch all credit and debit card orders the same working day provided that:
1. The order is placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
2. That the items ordered are held in stock.
3. Your card payment has been accepted.

Some of our products, such as, T-shirts and personalised items have an extended delivery timescale, this is stated on the individual product details, if applicable.

If you require your order more quickly, we may be able to help. Please contact us by email to check the availability of Special Delivery / Courier Delivery and the addiitional costs involved.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

We do not currently ship outside of the UK.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Simply let us know by email within 24 hours of placing your order and you will be refunded in full providing your order has not been despatched or personalised for you. If your order has been despatched or already personalised then our normal refund policy applies.

RETURNS POLICY

We are sure you will be delighted with your order. You may, however, return it within 7 days for a refund, excluding postage. Return postage is at the customers own expense and returns can only be accepted with prior authorisation, please e-mail us for this. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting or use recorded delivery for any returns, as proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. All returns must be in an unused, saleable condition and in the original box with any packaging and seals intact.

In the event of an order being incorrect, we will happily exchange the item for you without charge and refund any postage costs involved in sending the wrong item back. All returns must be in an unused, saleable condition and in the original box with any packaging and seals intact.

Unfortunately, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of personalised items. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (names, dates etc.) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once items have been personalised for you.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original purchase. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We ensure that everything leaves our premises very well packaged. Boxes are labelled as fragile where appropriate. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during transit. Please return damaged items within 7 days of delivery. We will happily replace damaged items free of charge, but the damaged item with all its packaging must be received back by us first in order to make a claim from the delivery company and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

GUARANTEE

We endeavour to provide accurate images of all products shown on this website, however, computers, monitors & electronic displays can vary their reproduction of colour/dimension and therefore, some variation may occur between the product images displayed and the actual product supplied.

LIMITED LIABILITY

We shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet a delivery date.

We make no claim or guarantee to the supernatural or magical qualities of any product sold. None of these products are recommended for use by or on children.

New Forest Trading Company Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and guarantee that all our customer information is kept confidential. The information collected from you via the shopping cart is used only to process your order to fulfilment and nothing else.

New Forest Trading Company Ltd does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. You will never receive 'junk mail' of any kind as a result of shopping with us.
