METHODS OF ORDERING

PURCHASING GOODS SECURELY OVER THE INTERNET

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and then add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for further details that are required to complete your order.

Shopping with us is very secure as all card details are encrypted using SSL/128 bit encryption, the highest level of security available, they are only decrypted once they reach our computer and are not held in clear text on any web site.

We also accept payments via PayPal, a world leading Payment Service Provider, all payment details using this method are encrypted and processed directly by PayPal.

PRIVACY POLICY

New Forest Trading Company Ltd fully conforms with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998 and is committed to protecting your privacy. We guarantee that all our customer information is kept confidential. The information collected from this site is used to take, process and fulfill customer orders. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent.

New Forest Trading Company Ltd does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. You will never receive 'junk mail' of any kind as a result of shopping with us.

COOKIES

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option in the shopping cart. Please be assured that the use of cookies does not harm your computer in any way. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet | Options| Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

Although we keep many items in stock and our website updated, in the event of being unable to process your order we will let you know by e-mail, giving you the option to cancel.

Some of our products, such as, T-shirts and personalised items have an extended delivery timescale, this is stated on the individual product details, if applicable.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
UK DELIVERY

Delivery charges will vary depending on the products ordered, weight and delivery method.

Some deliveries will require a signature to confirm delivery/receipt of the parcel.

We aim to despatch all credit and debit card orders the same working day provided that:
1. The order is placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
2. That the items ordered are held in stock.
3. Your card payment has been accepted.

Some of our products, such as, T-shirts and personalised items have an extended delivery timescale, this is stated on the individual product details, if applicable.

If you require your order more quickly, we may be able to help. Please contact us by email to check the availability of Special Delivery / Courier Delivery and the addiitional costs involved.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

We do not currently ship outside of the UK.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Simply let us know by email within 24 hours of placing your order and you will be refunded in full providing your order has not been despatched or personalised for you. If your order has been despatched or already personalised then our normal returns policy applies.

RETURNS POLICY

We are sure you will be delighted with your order. With the exception of personalised and special order items, if you are not completely satisfied with the goods simply return them to us at any time within 14 days of receipt.

You will receive a full refund of the goods minus postage, all we ask of you is to take reasonable care of both the goods and their packaging prior to return. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original purchase.

Return postage is at the customers own expense. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting and use a delivery service that insures you for the value of any goods being returned, as we can not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items in the post.

Unfortunately, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of personalised or special order items. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (names, dates etc.) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once items have been personalised for you.

In the event of the item received being different to the item ordered, we will happily exchange this for you without charge and refund any postage costs involved in sending the wrong item back.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We ensure that everything leaves our premises very well packaged. Boxes are labelled as fragile where appropriate. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during transit. Please return damaged items within 14 days of receipt. We will happily replace damaged items free of charge, but the damaged item with all its packaging must be received back by us first in order to make a claim from the delivery company.

GUARANTEE

We endeavour to provide accurate images of all products shown on this website, however, computers, monitors and electronic displays can vary their reproduction of colour/dimension and therefore, some variation may occur between the product images displayed and the actual product supplied.

LIMITED LIABILITY

We shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet a delivery date.

New Forest Trading Company Limited make no claims as to the effectiveness of any Magical product purchased from this site. All magical items are sold as curios only.

AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sales of goods by New Forest Trading Company Ltd are subject to and governed by English Law. By placing your order with New Forest Trading Company Ltd, you have agreed to the above terms and conditions. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
