MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and then add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for further details that are required to complete your order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

AVAILIBILITY OF GOODS
Although we keep many items in stock and our website updated, in the event of being unable to process your order we will let you know by email, giving you the option to cancel. Some of our products, such as, personalised and engraved items have an extended delivery timescale, this is stated on the individual product details, where applicable.

We endeavour to provide accurate images of all products shown on this website, however, monitors & electronic displays can vary their reproduction of colour/dimension and therfore, some variation may occur between the product images displayed and the actual products supplied.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
UK DELIVERY
Delivery charges will vary depending on the products ordered and delivery method selected.

Some deliveries will require a signature to confirm delivery/receipt of the parcel.

We aim to despatch all credit and debit card orders within 1-3 working days provided that:
1. That the items ordered are held in stock.
2. Your card payment has been accepted.

Some of our products, such as, personalised and engraved items have an extended delivery timescale, this is stated on the individual product details, if applicable.

If you require your order more quickly, we may be able to help. Please contact us by email to check the availability of Special Delivery / Courier Delivery and the addiitional costs involved.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY
We do not currently ship outside of the UK.

PURCHASING GOODS SECURELY OVER THE INTERNET
Shopping with us is very secure. We have taken the following steps to ensure that your details stay secure:

The checkout takes you to the Actinic Payments secure server to process your details using SSL/128 bit encryption, the highest level of security available, you can check this by looking for the golden padlock symbol when you reach the page where your card details are requested.. This server is powered by Creditcall who process your card payment directly, we are not able to see or store your card details and they are not held in clear text on any web site.

Security of payment card data is crucial in the online world. The standard to protect card data is the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is a joint venture between Visa and Mastercard, supported by all banks. New Forest Trading Company Ltd is 100% PCI DSS compliant.

To increase the security of Internet transactions Visa and Mastercard have recently introduced 3D-Secure (like an online version of Chip and PIN). Depending on the card you have chosen to use you may be asked by your card issuer for further authentication.

We also accept payments via PayPal. All payment details using this method are encrypted and processed directly by PayPal.

If you are unhappy about entering your card details over the internet, you are welcome to call us and we will take your order in person and process your payment manually. If you choose this option we will not retain your card information and all records are destroyed securely immediately after the payment is processed.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Simply let us know by email within 24 hours of placing your order and you will be refunded in full providing your order has not been despatched engraved or personalised for you. If your order has been despatched or already engraved/personalised then our normal returns policy applies.

RETURNS POLICY
We are sure you will be delighted with your order. With the exception of engraved, personalised and special order items, if you are not completely satisfied with the goods please email us with your order number and request a returns number. Once you have obtained a returns number simply return the goods to us at any time within 7 days of receipt. Please note that we are unable to accept returns without a returns number

You will receive a full refund of the goods minus postage, all we ask of you is to take reasonable care of both the goods and their packaging prior to return. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original purchase.

Return postage is at the customers own expense. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting and use a delivery service that insures you for the value of any goods being returned, as we can not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items in the post.

Unfortunately, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of engraved, personalised or special order items. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct engraving / personalisation details (names, dates etc.) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once items have been produced for you.

PLEASE NOTE. For us to provide a fast service to our customers some items are sent immediately to production. We ask that you please check carefully your order on your computer screen at the checkout and the order received email that is sent as soon as you place your order. The order received email confirms the all the details we have received to produce your order and your items will be produced with the exact spelling and wording you provide.

In the event of the wrong item being received, we will happily exchange this for you without charge and refund any postage costs involved in sending the wrong item back.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We ensure that everything leaves our premises very well packaged. Boxes are labelled as fragile where appropriate. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement.

LIMITED LIABILITY
We shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet a delivery date.

PRIVACY POLICY
New Forest Trading Company Ltd fully conforms with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998 and is committed to protecting your privacy. We guarantee that all our customer information is kept confidential. The information collected from this site is used to take, process and fulfill customer orders. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent.

New Forest Trading Company Ltd does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. You will never receive 'junk mail' of any kind as a result of shopping with us.

Sales of goods by New Forest Trading Company Ltd are subject to and governed by English Law. By placing your order with New Forest Trading Company Ltd, you have agreed to the above terms and conditions. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
