WHO ARE NEW FOREST TRADING COMPANY?
New Forest Trading Company is a family run business set in England's beautiful New Forest.

We have over twenty years experience in retail and giftware and in 2004 created New Forest Trading Company. Our aim was, and still is, to source the highest quality inspiring products and combine that with excellent customer service. We offer you a friendly and efficient service from the first click on our website to the moment your order arrives at your door.

We work closely with our fantastic suppliers and are proud to offer you the best in quality giftware from around the world. You will find our online shop is a fabulous treasure trove of inspired gifts, collectables and greetings cards.

We are full members of the Giftware Association and FSB (Federation of Small Businesses).

CAN WE VISIT YOU?
We have now closed our High Street shop. So, you are unable to visit us in person, but you are able to shop with us online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By concentrating our business efforts online we feel that we are able to offer you more diverse and unusual products together with excellent customer service.

DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE OR BROCHURE?
We do not currently produce a printed catalogue or brochure. Brochures and catalogues can be expensive and time consuming to produce and quickly go out-of-date. Our website shows the products we sell and we aim to keep the site as up-to-date as possible, loading new products and updating stock availability on a daily basis.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Delivery charges will vary depending on the weight and products ordered.

Some deliveries will require a signature to confirm delivery/receipt of the parcel.

If you require your order more quickly, we may be able to help. Please contact us by email to check the availability of Special Delivery / Courier Delivery and the addiitional costs involved.

DO YOU SUPPLY ON A WHOLESALE BASIS?
We are retailers only and are unable to supply on a wholesale basis or give bulk discounts.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We aim to despatch all credit and debit card orders the same working day provided that:
1. The order is placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
2. That the items ordered are held in stock.
3. Your card payment has been accepted.

Some of our products, such as, T-shirts and personalised items have and extended delivery timescale and these are stated on the individual product details, if applicable.

Delivery typically takes between 2-7 working days (weekends are not counted as working days). This estimated delivery time is as advised by Royal Mail, please take into account weekends, bank holidays and busy times of the year. We cannot be responsible for delays in delivery.
